Reuben Hills: Smitten

Returning back to Sydney was an easy decision for me.

Because as someone puts it, "Nobody does breakfasts like the Aussies".

And hence the Tradesman Brioche ($14), soft pillowy brioche buns, meticulously buttered and toasted, sandwiching dreamy strips of savoury jamon, scrambled eggs, lashings of avocado and sour relish.

Now, my faith in avocados have been restored.

And mind you, the coffee in this quaint little joint on Surry Hills is pretty darn good.
